Healthcare Delivery Inc. welcomes new graduates from both RN and LPN programs.  The company encourages new graduates to apply to open positions while waiting for their licensure to post to the Washington Department of Health site.  Staff is willing to provide training to ensure that new graduates will succeed in these roles. New graduates are provided direct supervision and extended training opportunities to ensure that they feel supported and comfortable in their new role.

Correctional nursing can be similar to working in an emergency room/triage/med surg environment.  A typical day includes providing daily patient care, wound care, chronic care, and medication administration.

The wealth of knowledge and experience that can be acquired from correctional nursing will transition a new graduate to a professional nurse. The hands-on training that is learned in our facilities will help advance one’s career by building confidence and providing the tools to succeed in any nursing role.
